Just a quick heads-up for everyone out there.....
First video of my training sessions with Sagi starts tomorrow. Help! Ha.

My goal is to get video footage every 2 wks to track the progress. I can't wait to see a change.
I started taking Dicana 3x/day about 5 days ago. No side effects, just energy! Gotta love it!
Now, if I could just put down the wine I'd be good to go. lol.
I have improved my diet quite a bit since I started working out 2 months ago. I try to be good all wk and just have a cheat meal (Saturday), but somehow it seems to turn into a Friday/Saturday thing and maybe some Cabernet on Sunday. (Damn, I hope Sagi doesn't read this.) lol.
I'm at the point now where I'm working out so hard 5 days a wk that I seem to be hungry ALL the time. I feel like I should be obese by now. lol. Guess that protein diet really does work. :-)
Anyways....kinda freakin about the video tomorrow, but I guess that's what it's all about....."the before."
Will let you know how it goes.
