Sigh....

The video from last week should be posted sometime in the next couple of days. Oh boy!

The weekend went well. I'm a bad girl that loves my wine. I try to make it one night a week, but somehow it turns into two.
Supposed to only have 1 cheat meal a wk (eat whatever I want), but once again....I had 2! lol.

I've been lifting 5-6 days a wk and doing cardio (yuck!) at least once a day for 30 mins. If I'm feeling extra fat, I'll go in the evening too. (Very rare.)

The scale really pissed me off this morning. Somehow I gained 3 pounds in the last wk. Not good.
On the other hand, got my first "you got guns!" comment. Can't beat that.
Hmmmm...I wonder how quickly you can gain muscle wt? lol. I'll use any excuse I can right now.

Tonight I'm going to eat brownies. Yum!
Yeah right...they're Sagi style...made with black beans.
I'll let you know how it goes....just the thought of them is suppressing my appetite. lol.
